About Malveon

We built Malveon because we needed it.

The context layer for engineering teams of 8 to 60, built by two founders who lived the problem first.

Ladson Antony Raj, CEO. Kavin Anand P, CTO. Based in Coimbatore, India, building for teams worldwide.

Our story

The problem we lived before we named it

Malveon started because we needed it ourselves. While building Malves, our AI work agent (describe the work, lock your phone, come back to it done) on Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, coordinating work across Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Linear became a job on its own.

We looked around and realized every engineering team between 10 and 60 people had the exact same problem. That became Malveon.

Today Malveon focuses on three things: reducing context switching, cutting incident triage time, and replacing fake project status with real execution truth.

Malves is part ofMicrosoft for Startups Founders Hub
MalveDecision memory and communication. Decisions made in Slack get linked to code and plans, permanently.
MalvedeckProject health engine. Real status from blockers and CI, not manual Jira updates from three days ago.
MalviontCI/CD hub, incident triage, deploy safety, and on-call, plus Fridy for inline execution context in your editor.
