Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or running the malveon check CLI, or by accessing malveon.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

• malveon check is a free command-line tool. There is no account and no login.
• It runs entirely on your own machine: it reads your code and git history, and runs your project's own build, lint, and test commands, then reports one verdict per plan line (CONNECTED, BROKEN, NOT BUILT, HALF BUILT, REWRITE THIS LINE, or SKIPPED).
• The source is public at github.com/LadsonDavid/Malveon. Features and behavior may change over time.

3. No warranty

• The CLI and this website are provided as-is, with no uptime, availability, or accuracy guarantee.
• A verdict, including CONNECTED, is not a guarantee that your code is correct: it reflects only what the tool could verify statically or by running your own commands.

4. Pricing and liability cap

• malveon check is free. There is no paid plan.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malveon's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the CLI or this website is limited to zero, since no fee is charged.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not use the CLI or this website to violate applicable laws.
• You may not attempt to abuse, overload, or scrape this website beyond normal use.

6. Intellectual property

• The CLI's source code is MIT licensed: you may use, copy, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license, available in the repository.
• This website's design and content is owned by Ladson Antony Raj.
• Any code you check with the CLI stays yours; the CLI does not upload or transmit it anywhere.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India (Tamil Nadu).

Note: we are pre-incorporation. Post-incorporation, these terms will be updated to reflect the registered entity.
