PagerDuty is the source of truth for "we are paging someone." Malveon ingests its incidents and mirrors its on-call schedules.
Incidents
PagerDuty incident events arrive over a webhook and are recorded as incidents in Malveon. These are a primary input to incident triage: when an incident fires, Malviont uses it to anchor the correlation across your other signals.
On-call sync
Malviont syncs on-call schedules and escalation policies from PagerDuty through a background worker, so the On-Call Scheduler reflects your PagerDuty rotations.
One-way today
The sync runs from PagerDuty into Malveon. Pushing a Malveon-native rotation back to PagerDuty is on the roadmap, not yet wired. See the On-Call Scheduler page for detail.
